I highly recommend 32 Below for your HVAC needs. Steve came out and performed my routine maintenance today and while he was here he found one of my units was in bad shape and needed immediate attention. The wiring was charred and it needed a new capacitor. He made those repairs quickly and then turned his attention to getting my AC ready for the summer. My main unit for my house was filthy dirty which surprised me because I have been using another reputable HVAC service for years to do my seasonal maintenance. It was so dirty that the unit probably wouldn't have lasted another season. It looked like chocolate milk when he started cleaning it. Steve also did things I have never seen others who have serviced my unit do. He vacuumed out all of my drain lines and they also were clogged up with gunk even though I pour chlorine down mine several times a year as I had been told to do. Before he left he put a fresh coat of wax on my outside AC units to help them shine like new. Talk about attention to detail. So I highly recommend Steve at 32 Below.

I made an appointment for my spring service. They showed up on time and were quite thorough with the inspection and service. The technician was clean, polite and respected "distancing" when he had to enter the home to gain access to the unit in our attic. I can honestly say that this was as good as I could hope for with regards to all aspects of someone being allowed into my home and to make sure the HVAC was in good shape for the pending heat of the Houston summer. QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT COMPLETELY DEAD! My AC was starting to struggle and I saw an ad by 32 Below on one of my facebook community groups with a coupon for a $49.99 complete tuneup. I booked an appointment online for that Friday and immediately received an automatic reply from the web service followed by a personal text from Steve (who I later learned was the owner) confirming the appointment and stating that he would personally be coming out to perform this service. The next morning (Wednesday) I woke up to no AC at all and it was already 86 degrees in my living room. I texted Steve at the number he used to confirm my appointment asking him to please move me up to the next available appointment if possible. He called me back within 5 minutes! He was on another call fairly close by and promised he would stop by as soon as he was done and arrived about 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me several options from least to most expensive and he thoroughly explained the caveats of each option but at no time did he put any pressure on me. When the repair crew arrived, they were completely professional and it was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing and it was also obvious they have been working as a team for a long time. They laid down floor coverings from the entryway to the attic entrance and left no signs any major work had even been performed here. They were also concerned about how the installation "looked" even though it is in my attic and I never go up there. I do however, appreciate pride of workmanship and these guys have a right to be proud. Steve gave me an exact quote at the beginning of this adventure and the price of the work scope never varied from that quote even though there were some materials that were discovered to be not reusable during the installation. He informed me of the oversight but immediately stated that he was covering that cost because he wanted everything to be perfect for us without any additional stress. Good customer service and honest contractors are becoming increasingly hard to find and I think those that remain should be rewarded. If you're looking for a good AC/heating company, please give this company a call. I try to write well but i promise I am not a professional reviewer. I am just a random local guy who had a problem with his air conditioner and these people stepped up and helped me without delay when I needed it.

I rarely do reviews, but I felt it was necessary with the service we received from Steve. We called him on a Sunday and he was able to come out and look at our AC. He went far above our expectations in ensuring our AC would be repaired that very day! He was very friendly and honest with us about what we needed!
