Real Life Example of Necessary Seasonal Maintenance/Tune-Up

Today was a great example of why maintaining, maintenance/ AC tune-up on your ac system is so important!

One of our maintenance customers just got caught up with everyday life things and forgot to call us back when we called to set up their maintenance appointments.

Because of the missed appointments, I had not serviced the ac in at least a year.

They called last night as the system was not cooling well and I went out today.

When I entered the home, I could feel a warm and humid home! Definitely did not feel comfortable!

I checked the system and the filter in the attic was extremely dirty, the drain line backed and the float switch activated to keep water from flooding the home and the condenser coils very dirty… all maintenance related.

I cleared all those issues and they are back to cooling now!
