Full Replacement with Duct Work, New Returns, and Honeywell Box Filter in League City, TX

Thank you to the Pressleys for trusting 32 Below to replace their existing system! We performed a mandatory heat load calculation that confirmed the home required a 4 TON system. The homeowner chose from a few options to install a 16 seer American Standard High Efficiency System. We also replaced the ductwork with the new R-8 ducts and added 2 new returns. The returns were added to bring the project up to current code. To top it off, we installed a Honeywell Box Filter to keep the new system and ducts clean for the life of the system. Oh yes...and a new thermostat!
